A week of yoga, relaxation and delicious vegetarian food at this 16th Century former cognac estate. Open to Iyengar Yoga students and dedicated practitioners of other lineages, Claudia Dossena and Susannah Tomkins invite you to Maison De La Vaure, situated in the heart of the Bordeaux region on a tranquil hilltop, surrounded by sunflower fields. This historic manoir, complete with gorgeous grounds, stunning views and a heated swimming pool, will be your home for seven days allowing you the opportunity to deepen your practice. You will enjoy two yoga sessions a day, eat delicious and wholesome food, explore the rolling countryside and have plenty of time to relax by the pool and the
pretty gardens.
