Welcome to Aegialis School of Yoga, located on beautiful Amorgos Island, Greece. Known as a top yoga and wellness destination, Aegialis Hotel & Spa has been hosting yoga retreats for over a decade and is an ideal place for wellness and a transformational experience.

The school was founded by directors, Stamatis Giannakopoulous and Stavros Loulourgas, and offers 100 hours introductory yoga trainings and 200 hours yoga teacher trainings created by the lead teacher, Miriam Indries. All the trainings are registered with Yoga Alliance International. With a selection of five beautiful yoga shalas overlooking the crystal clear Aegean sea and two outdoor rooftops perfect for sunrise and sunset meditation and asana practices, Aegialis School of Yoga welcomes all yoga enthusiasts who are interested to learn more about yoga philosophy, asana practice and become a yoga teacher.

Aegialis Hotel & Spa offers luxury rooms, beautifully decorated in a modern and elegant style and different types of occupancy such as single or shared. Students can enjoy daily nutritious vegetarian and vegan meals served at the hotel’s restaurant, Ambrosia Gallery, overlooking Aegiali Bay.

Lalon Idor Spa is open for students to use during the trainings to relax, recharge and refresh.

The hammam, sauna, indoor sea water pool and the jacuzzi are all complimentary for students to use, as well as a one-hour relaxation massage.

There is also an outdoor sea water pool and two beaches, just footsteps away from the hotel.
