Tell me more: Retreat to the forest and nurture your wellbeing on a Forest Retreat at Hill Farm Tintern. The 15-acre eco-retreat overlooks the Wye Valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Hosted by husband and wife team Hayley and Tom, these weekend and day retreats include yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin) and meditation, the ancient Japanese art of Forest Bathing (Shinrin Yoku), sound healing (weekend retreats), a wood-fired eco spa with hot tub, sauna and cold plunge pool, delicious vegetarian food (with all dietary requirements catered for) and optional holistic treatments. Featured in The Guardian as one of the top 10 spa and wellbeing holidays. Suitable for: All levels. Yoga practice can be adapted to suit.

Accommodation: Accommodation for weekend retreats include a self-contained ‘Room with a View’, two large yurts accommodating up to four persons and a smaller two-person yurt. Camping options also available where you can bring your own live in vehicle or tent. The two- and four-bed yurts if not filled by a group must be shared. Camping is available for two individuals or one couple (bring your own tent).

How much: Room with a View: £395 based on 2 persons sharing; Yurt (sleeps 2): £370 based on 2 persons sharing; Yurt (sleeps 4): £360 based on 3 persons sharing; Camping (bring you own tent, maximum 2 persons): £250. Option of securing your place with a 25% deposit, the remainder due one month before the retreat begins.

All food and activities included, but optional treatments extra.
