Love OM magazine and want to tell the world? Here’s your chance
Really inspiring read with Mellara Gold in your July issue. What a wonderful and honest account from a truly beautiful soul. There was so much to take in. Lots of food for thought for the rest of the day, I kept dipping in and out to re-read bits and absorb. My favourite line was on the power of staying present: “I know that when I show up fully in my life a magical feeling touches my heart.” It helped remind me to stay mindful, stay present and to show gratitude as much as possible during the day in order to feel the ‘magic’ in my heart from moment to moment. I am hoping to catch up with her at the OM Yoga Show next month.

Thank you OM for keeping yoga real each and every month. I have met many inspiring teachers over the years in the course of my yoga practice (as well as a few objectionable ones as well), but there can sometimes (not always) be a tendency to preach, or even adopt a dogmatic approach, which is a bit of a turn-off for me personally. Each to their own, of course, but I do like the way you are able to consistently make yoga a broad church — open, non-judgemental, and accessible to everyone. Exactly how yoga should be.

Just booked my tickets to the OM Yoga Show. So excited! I love OM magazine but to see everyone in the flesh and practice alongside so many great people at the show is really something else! See you all there!
