Set within 9 acres, the property offers your own privacy with two spacious villas that can be rented together or separately for up to 22 people. Each comes with their own swimming pools, gyms and luxurious living spaces, and the estate also has a tennis court, a purpose built spa and an incredible yoga studio overlooking the olive groves and the sea.

Le Marche is Italy's smallest but most diverse region, you can drive from the mountains to the sea in 30 minutes whilst enjoying the rolling hills and small hilltop towns in between. Oliveto is located on the east coast, with the closest airport being only 35 minutes away. You can enjoy views of the sea from the Estate or take a 7 minute drive to the quaint local town filled with gelatarias, restaurants, shops and of course the beach!

Together the villas have 11 luxurious ensuite bedrooms, all can be configurable as twin or king.

The beautifully designed yoga studio has been purpose built and has an incredible energy around it; outfitted with Manduka mats, a Bose sound system, and an array of endless yoga props & locally made essential oils elevating every healing session. It includes a stunning outdoor yoga platform shaded by olive trees, offering a sweeping view of the blue Adriatic coastline. This blend of modern luxury and traditional charm allows the Oliveto Estate to be experienced in countless ways.

The estate’s private wellness & spa is a luxurious and tranquil sanctuary to restore; equipped with a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. For fitness retreats there are two well equipped gyms, filled with technogym equipment.
