The Yoga Life Studio is situated on the sunshine coast in Eastbourne, in East Sussex.
Lovers of all yoga styles will feel at home here as they will be led through some unique classes by experienced friendly yoga teachers, with care, compassion and understanding.
The studio has been running for 11 years and offers a huge variety of classes from gentle restorative hatha to energising vinyasa flow, from meditation and yoga nidra to aerial yoga.
Here, creating a supportive yoga community is really important.
Yoga Life Studio is open seven days a week and all classes are drop in, so whenever you’re in need of a yoga fix just come in and enjoy.
They also run donation based community classes, where all the proceeds go to selected charities.
The weekend workshops are super popular too, not only with the Eastbourne community but attracting yogis from further afield, including London, Brighton, Hastings and some international travellers too. This is also home to the Yoga Life Teacher Training programme, now in its sixth year of running.
The studio will also be welcoming Yogabeats to deliver its Foundation Course here next year.
