I have taught Yoga for 30 years, trained Yoga teachers for 20 years, I am a Yoga scholar and author.
I completed a six year degree in Theology when I lived in Germany, which taught me philosophical thinking and historial critical work with spiritual texts. I am a fully trained Lutheran vicar, but changed my path for the love of Yoga as an Indian spiritual practice. My love goes as far back as 1985, I have taught Yoga full time since 30 years and trained Yoga Teachers for 20 years. I give regular workshops all over the country. I have assessed hundreds of Teacher Trainees to decide whether they are ready to enter the Yoga Teacher community.
Twice I have taught on the BWY national training week (a week of further training for Yoga teachers), twice on the BWY congress, on Diploma Course weekends and held many BWY CPD training days, which are very popular. The Mandala Yoga Ashram in Wales invited me for many years to stay with them for a week to assess their Yoga Teacher students. I have written many articles and books. My first boo0k is appearing with Singing Dragons Publishers in July 25, my second book is in the last stages.
I got myself a name in the BWY as an expert on interpretation and teaching of the original Yoga verses.
