Anne Caborn teaches in Brighton, Sussex. She began practising yoga in her early teens but only trained as a teacher when in her 60s.
Anne Caborn runs regular Flow, Hatha and Yin Yoga at Withdean Sports Complex in Brighton. She is also a qualified Fitness Pilates Instructor. Anne began practising yoga by watching a television series called Yoga for Health presented by American yoga teacher Richard Hittleman and which first aired in the UK in 1971. She spent her career as a national newspaper and magazine journalist, before moving into web content creation. But in her 60s she decided to train as a yoga teacher. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, following the completion of her yoga 200 hour teacher training.
