Ceri Lee
Ceri Lee is a yoga elder and has facilitated women’s circles since 2013. She owns the Yoga Light Centre, North Wales.
Ceri Lee has taught yoga and run global retreats as her main profession for over twenty years with focus on creating health through strengthening and healing the mind and body. She specialises in the breath and subtle (energy) body. Her nuanced approach invites opportunity to find physical challenge and increasing strength through paying close attention to even the most basic postures, whilst integrating her knowledge of yoga philosophy, expertise with the breath, and Menopause Yoga into her unique style.
Based in North Wales, Ceri is also a midlife mentor and has facilitated women’s circles since 2013. She owns and manages the Yoga Light Centre in Ruthin, a yoga studio with guest accommodation offering yoga classes and weekend-retreats for health, peace of mind and connection to the authentic self.
