As a secondary school teacher for over a decade, Claire believes an awareness of mental health is imperative in order to teach and empower the ‘whole’ human being.
Drawing and sharing from her experiences, Claire delivers beautifully nurturing sessions to help young people learn about how we can use our breath and bodies through yoga, to overcome worries and anxieties. Learning how to relax, regulate emotions and build resilience within a community of kindness.
