As a yoga teacher, academic and consultant, Sarah holds a passion for wellness, with an aim to inspire and transform.
Sarah holds a PhD in Wellbeing/Spirituality and is also a yoga teacher (500 hours YTT). She continues her academic research internationally and is currently exploring Yoga as a tool for bio-psycho-social rehabilitation, focusing on challenging negative perceptions of disability across the globe.
Aside from academia, she enjoys teaching in-person and online, with specific expert knowledge in injury prevention.
Having managed and led a complex care service for over 15 years, she is also developing Corporate Wellbeing Courses in order to promote holistic wellness in the workplace, generating productive and collaborative workplace relations.
