Grace studied yoga in India. She lives in Hawaii, where she works as an editor in publishing and runs a yoga blog.
Grace is from California and works as a managing editor for a digital publishing company. She ended a year of solo travel by completing a 200-hour yoga teacher training at Himalaya Yoga Valley in Goa, India. She had the opportunity to study under Lalit Kumar, one of only ~200 certified Ashtanga yoga teachers from Mysore. She has a comprehensive education of yoga asana, meditation, pranayama, and philosophy.

She lives in Hawaii, where she spends her time away from her laptop practicing and teaching yoga, baking sourdough, puzzling (philosophical questions and jigsaw pieces), and floating in the ocean.
