Guinavere begin practicing yoga in 2006. She has gone on to incorporate her degree in Human Services Management and her passion for the healing aspects of yoga into a career of direct mental heath caregiving including teacher/counselor for special needs children, psychiatric nurses aide, and forensic psychiatric aide over the past 9 years.
She attained RYT 200 status from Yoga Alliance. Her studies have led her to realize that yoga offers more than physical rewards that come with stretching the body into poses, but is a way of life, blending mind, body and spirit.
