Jamila is a modern mystic, channeling nature's wisdom and crafting new myths that feed the inner healer. She is a certified Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor (AWC), Yoga Teacher (CYT) and Level II Reiki Practitioner, with a B.A. in Literature & Journalism from New York University. Through nature-based rituals, she paints bridges to decolonize the mind, body and soul, advocating for wellness accessibility and preservation of indigenous wisdom. She explores these themes in her debut publication Moonlight & Shadows: A Poetic Discourse on Ayurveda & Yoga In the West. Currently nomadic, she roams the rivers and forests, singing to the wild.
