Janie Larmour has 26 years of experience in health, fitness and training. 21 of those years teaching yoga, clocking up over 20,000 hours teaching classes, over 45,000 hours with private clients and over 5,000 hours training students to become teachers. She developed the unique and effective Zen Ki Yoga, combining Japanese yoga, shiatsu and meridian energy work with impeccable attention to anatomy and alignment. She regularly teaches workshops/classes at yoga expos, conferences and yoga studios in the USA, UK, Australia and New Zealand. Diploma of Japanese yoga - 500+ hours 1999-2001
Pre-natal Yoga Training - 50 hours
Shiatsu Massage Training - 450+ hours
