San Diego based, international yoga teacher Jen René is an Ashtanga Yoga teacher. She is the founder of Ashtanga Central and the hugely popular Pilates for Yogis series. Jen is on a mission to make yoga accessible for all. She specializes in breaking down postures in easily achieved chunks and empowering students to embody their bodies and embrace the internal experience of yoga. Jen believes that even though yoga can be beautiful, it is much more often a beautiful mess.
Finished 4th series of Ashtanga Yoga under the tutelage of Tim Miller.
