Jenn Pilotti is a movement teacher and author specializing in helping people develop awareness, mobility, and strength through mindful movement.
Jenn Pilotti loves movement education. She has an undergraduate degree in exercise physiology and an M.S. in human movement. Additionally, she has studied numerous modalities and techniques, including yoga (she is an RYT 200), MovNat, GMB, dance, somatics, neuromuscular techniques, and strength and conditioning. She also holds a special interest in the role movement plays on mental health.
She has worked with people in a one on one setting since over 2002. She regularly teaches workshops for movement professionals and those interested in deepening their understanding of the underlying principles of movement, motor control, and learning. She is a lecturer for the US Navy Senior Leadership Seminar where she lectures on mindfulness and teaches yoga. She has also guest lectured for professional organizations on the science of movement and mental health. She is the author of two books, the first of which, “Body, Mind, Movement: An evidence based approach to mindful movement” was published by Handspring Publishing in 2020.
