Jenny is an author, psychologist, yoga meditation teacher, podcaster and blogger from Scotland who became kundalini awakened at age 6.
Jenny Light is a psychologist, yoga and meditation teacher, inspirational speaker, podcaster, blogger and author of ‘Divine Meditations: 26 Spiritual Qualities of the Bhagavad Gita’ (Mantra Books 2019) and ‘Living Lightly: a Journey through Chronic Fatigue Syndrome {M.E}’ (Ayni Books 2016). She is a student of Paramahansa Yogananda and a 1000 hour member of IYN.
Jenny had a kundalini awakening as a child and has been practising yoga for 50 years. Jenny teaches meditation on Insight Timer, online meditation classes, Mindfulness in the Workplace training and yoga retreats in Scotland.
