Julia Clarke is the author of the book Restorative Yoga for Beginners (Callisto Media, 2019). She has been teaching yoga since 2008 and is a Maharishi Ayurveda practitioner. She teaches graduate studies in Ayurveda at Maharishi International University and writes about yoga, wellness, mindfulness and travel. She is based in her hometown of Glasgow and is passionate about helping others develop and maintain health and wellbeing as the foundation of productivity and creativity.
