Julie has a heart-centered style of teaching therapeutic yoga, with the goal of offering women and girls trauma informed restorative care for body and soul.
Humming Bee Therapeutic Yoga and Wellness was created in order to be of service to women and girls' whole-being health, a passion that began many years ago when Julie became mom to two amazing daughters.
After achieving her yoga teacher certification in 2015 she was inspired to dive deeper and work toward her Yoga Therapist certification in 2020, as well as gain hypopressive (low pressure fitness) trainer qualification to specialize in women's pelvic wellness.
Her philosophy: If we can develop observation of self with love and curiosity; if we can learn present moment awareness; if we can cultivate relationship with our bodies; then we have the power and potential for true change.
