Julie Mowbray is a Dru yoga teacher. She was drawn to yoga, over 20 years ago, as a way of managing work related stress. She especially loves to introduce students to flowing yoga sequences, which combine movement and the breath to still the mind. She also enjoys teaching guided relaxations. To expand her knowledge in this area she has gained post graduate teaching qualifications in yoga nidra (yogic sleep / deep relaxation). Julie also has a great love of the outdoors. She is based in the West Midlands.
