Lizzie is a North London based yoga teacher with a background in professional dance. Following the loss of her second baby, Lizzie found her yoga practice provided support and perspective whilst navigating her healing journey. Lizzie wished to explore further the use of yoga in trauma recovery, in particular in relation to rebuilding trust in the body, which led to her CPD with The Yoga Clinic. She is passionate about inclusivity in yoga and plans to continue her studies in somatic movement. As well as teaching private clients Lizzie teaches group classes at her recently founded studio in Archway.
