Lizzie Wright is a Hatha Vinyasa teacher based in South East London. After practising yoga for many years, Lizzie was inspired to deepen her knowledge through teacher training, and is passionate about the beauty it can offer not only for the body, but also for the mind and soul. Finding internal and external connections and creating moments of peace for yogis of all levels is central to her practice.
Lizzie did her 200 hours Hatha Vinyasa Teacher Training at Spirit Sadhana, Barcelona, under the tutelage of Adeline Boissard and Johanna McElfresh – she is accredited with Yoga Alliance.
