Yoga was initially for me something I did to relieve the aches and stiffness of weight training. I delved deeper into the practice and went to Rishikesh to formally learn Hatha and Ashtanga practice and in doing so the philosophy as well as breath work and meditation techniques that I have bought back into my own practice today. As a single mum of 2 kids and running a business, yoga has quite literally saved me I'm terms of mindset and over coming challenging situations.
I believe developing well being incorporates a multifaceted approach to training. Yoga allows me to open up client flexibility/mobility, enhance sporting performance and improve mindset.
