I am an eating disorder survivor and recovering perfectionist turned yoga teacher. Passionate about all things philosophy, psychology, mental health, body acceptance & creative expression, I seek to cultivate awareness, self-reflection and self-compassion in my work both on and off the mat. I deeply believe that we are all divine beings in a human experience, which can be painful and challenging to navigate. In sharing my knowledge, reflections and experiences, my goal is to harness the tools and philosophies of yoga to help you find inner peace, and live a balanced, joyful life.
