Maria Oliver is a yoga teacher and children's writer. She teaches yoga to adults, children, pregnant and new mums.
Maria has been practising yoga for most of her life, but began in earnest when work-related stress resulted in her neck completely seizing up. Since then, yoga has been a grounding constant through life changing events, including becoming a mother. Maria began teaching yoga in 2015 as a British Wheel of Yoga student teacher, and after qualifying, completed additional modules in pregnancy, postnatal and children’s yoga. She teaches online and in person in Hertfordshire.
Maria writes fun and imaginative yoga and relaxation books to engage and entertain the liveliest children.
