Olivia is passionate about mind-body connection. She teaches dynamic and functional movement-based yoga as well as restorative yoga, and she believes in making yoga accessible to every body by designing her classes and workshops based on simplicity.
She teaches regular classes and workshops in Lewes, East Sussex. She enjoys teaching both beginners and those with some experience of yoga, who wish to explore the practice for both physical and mental wellbeing.
Olivia is guided by the principle of self-agency and self-compassion, and she encourages her students to listen to their own bodies. She is keen to share her flavour of yoga as a form of physical and mental discipline that goes beyond the mat and into the day to day life.
