Eleni Yeatman-Biggs

Eleni has immersed herself in many paths of Yoga with an intention to hold her senses still so her mind becomes undistracted and to develop a quiet relationship with her practice for almost 30 years. She combines her academic background in International Relations to interpret the microcosm of the self.

She is a lifelong student of Self-realisation and the Director of Silence of Space Ltd, a wellbeing platform promoting a sense of balance in pharmaceutical intervention and self care.

She is a Founder Member of the Yoga Therapy Association, the only professional and collaborative association that promotes excellence in yoga therapy through its community of practitioners and engages in activities which support yoga therapy in sustainable health management plans.
