Terrie’s yoga journey took her to India, where she mastered the Jivamukti method, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and a variety of styles. She’s also specialized in children’s yoga and special needs, making her classes accessible and inclusive. With a diploma in mindfulness and expertise in breathwork, Terrie brings a holistic approach to her teaching. Her sessions are fun, uplifting, and designed to help you connect with your inner self, all while encouraging your personal growth.
