Tai Salih
Tai, E-RYT® 500, YACEP®, integrative counsellor, dedicated to healing and empowerment.
I'm a Sudanese-born refugee now in Canada. My role as a "test subject" in a multicultural family taught me resilience amid adversity. I'm a 500hr+ CYT certified yoga instructor, utilizing yoga's transformative power in my personal journey.
I confront systemic challenges—racism, misogyny, Islamophobia—fostering intersectional healing from C-PTSD, anxiety, disordered eating, and ADHD.
Beyond yoga, I'm a womanist and social activist, committed to empowering oppressed groups. As a graduate student in psychotherapy, I'm an integrative counsellor and founder of the Red Ma’at Collective, a not-for-profit promoting holistic well-being and healing. Join me in this transformative journey.
