Tanya is a London based pregnancy, postnatal, hatha and restorative yoga teacher and she’s passionate about teaching accessible, gentle and mindfulness based yoga. She's influenced by the the soft and inquisitive style of Scaravelli yoga and supports people to explore their own body, mind and lived experience in a supportive and nonjudgemental environment. She’s loves working with women in particular and feels strongly about women’s health and wellbeing. She’s also a birth and postnatal doula working women and their partners to support them to have a confident and joyful pregnancy, birth giving and postnatal period whatever that means for them.
