Teresa is a passionate yoga teacher with over twenty years of yoga practice experience. She has been teaching local Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Restorative yoga classes and workshops since 2017.
My teaching style is friendly and open. There is no competitiveness in yoga, I aim to support and nuture my students practices so that they can enjoy all the therapeutic benefits of yoga. Seeing their practices grow physically and spiritually is very gratifying.
Always keen to expand not just my asana practice but also Pranayama, Philosophy and Mediation I have completed many workshops with leading worldwide yoga teachers.
