Tim has been teaching and practicing yoga for over thirty five years and is an ordained Soto Zen Buddhist monk.
Tim Steel Sensei has a full daily practice and runs his own studio, Yoga feeling, in Hayes, Kent. His day usually begins with a meditation practice established within the Soto Zen tradition. A daily Asana practice more often than not follows as does an observation of the Pranayamic practices.
He runs daily Yoga and martial arts classes aimed at all levels and abilities with the intention of using the Zen system to deliver a depth of realization within all of the disciplines, ultimately leading to a greater freedom and understanding of life itself.
