Vicky Richings, founder of Equanimity Yoga and co-founder of Your Yoga Training Limited, is an experienced, 500 hour qualified yoga teacher, YTT and CPD tutor, mentor and podcast host.
After 20 years as a psychology lecturer and teacher, Vicky decided to leave education and become a full time yoga teacher. Having completed her YTT200, she set up Equanimity Yoga in 2017. Vicky is a longstanding tutor on Foundation, YTT programmes. She completed her own YTT500 in 2020 and co-founded Your Yoga Training Limited, providing Foundation, YTT and CPD courses.
Vicky's yoga style is hatha, with a special interest in yoga nidra. Her classes are not too serious and there is always the option to smile in any pose. She knits her psychology knowledge with yoga to bring different aspects to her sessions. Everyone is welcome.
Vicky also teaches on Insight Timer and hosts the All Things Yoga with Vicky podcast.
