Victoria works full time and is a single parent to her two daughters, the eldest of which has additional needs and goes to a specialist school. She loves yoga and fits it in when she can around caring responsibilities. Her caring responsibilities sadly meant she had to drop out of the British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course and her dream of become a qualified yoga is on hold for now.
Victoria started yoga at university and has been involved in regular classes, re-treats and festivals involving a wide range of yoga types. She even took her girls on a mother and child retreat when they were younger.
She is looking forward to dedicating more time to her yoga practice at a retreat over New Year. In addition to yoga, she is a keen sea rower, runs a book club and supports various charities that support autistic children and their carers.
