I get so much joy out of movement and this is something I want to help others experience.
I found Yoga at 13 and it has helped me physically and mentally as I have navigated some challenging life experiences, including injury, illness and a global pandemic.

I am trained as a 200 hour vinyasa, 50 hour Yin, 28 hour restorative and, Polyvagal theory, teacher of Dance, Drama and Movement memories, a project that delivers movement and music to senior members of the community, keeping their bodies and minds mobile.

I am qualified in Reiki level 1, to enhance my wellbeing practice, in March I am opening my skills to include Riki level 2.

You can expect classes to warm your body, move with your breath and bring calm to the mind through nourishing vinyasa flows that stretches, strengthens and soothes the soul.

Each class ends with a minimum of 5 minuets of guided meditation in Savasana to further enhance your Yoga experience.

I want my student to leave my sessions feeling seen and cared for.
