Sarah McLusky
Sarah is a Hatha yoga teacher based in Whitley Bay, in the north east of England. She leads relaxed and accessible classes, in person and online, including yoga for beginners and chair yoga. Sarah has been practicing yoga since the early 1990s and qualified as a yoga teacher in 2020. She believes everyone can do yoga and that, as long as you are breathing, then you are doing it right! Amelia Vogler
Amelia is a teacher of energy medicine, life coach, qualified yoga instructor and meditation guide. Her goal is to help individuals who don't feel whole, to reclaim the parts of themselves that have felt lost. In addition to her teaching work, she has an international private practice and has helped over 7,000 individuals re-pattern or transform self-limiting negative beliefs through grounding practices, intuitive insight, and advanced energy medicine. Shuntao Li
Shuntao found her love for yoga in London and completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training qualification in the beautiful Alpujarras mountains in Spain. Her typical class is slow vinyasa flow, focusing on breath and body connection as well as alignment. She is also passionate about healing through relaxation, and is a qualified yoga nidra teacher.
