Shuntao Li
Shuntao found her love for yoga in London and completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training qualification in the beautiful Alpujarras mountains in Spain. Her typical class is slow vinyasa flow, focusing on breath and body connection as well as alignment. She is also passionate about healing through relaxation, and is a qualified yoga nidra teacher. Dr Audrey Tang
Audrey is a chartered psychologist, mental health and wellness expert and author of the new book, The Leader’s Guide to Resilience. She is the resident psychologist on The Chrissy B Show (Sky), the UK's only TV programme dedicated to mental health, and a presenter with DisruptiveTV.
