Heather Mason
Heather is a yoga therapist, campaigner and the founder of The Minded Institute, a world leader in yoga therapy and mindfulness training for yoga and health professionals. In her professional work, Heather aims to bridge the worlds of yoga and healthcare, and she has helped to establish both an All Party Parliamentary Group on Yoga in Society, as well as founding alongside other directors the Yoga in Health Care Alliance (YIHA), a UK-registered charity dedicated to integrating the benefits of yoga into healthcare. Kiki Morriss
Dr Kiki Morriss is a trained medical doctor, yoga teacher, yoga therapist and founder of Primrose Hill Yoga in London where she teaches adults, children and families. She’s also OM’s regular anatomy expert in our 360º Yoga column and the author of the new book ‘Nurturing Your Family With Yoga: An A-Z Of Yoga Poses’.
