Dr Kiki Morriss is a trained medical doctor, yoga teacher, yoga therapist and founder of Primrose Hill Yoga in London, where she teaches adults, children and families. She is OM’s regular anatomy expert for our 360º Yoga column. Kiki has also collaborated with Finnishborn composer and musician, Anné Kulonen, to make a series of beautiful Yoga Nidra recordings that are now available to download via the Apple music store. Andrew is an architect, psychotherapist, shaman and an expert in the psychology of resilience, trauma recovery and peak performance.
