Julia has been teaching yoga since 2008 and specialises in lunar yoga practices and Ayurveda. Lauren Bloxham
Lauren is a registered yoga teacher whose classes encourage exploring intuitive movement through slow-flowing Hatha yoga asana. She recently collaborated with Bowel Cancer UK to develop online support practices for those affected, while her own practice, which has evolved over 20 years, has been a guiding light through her own cancer journey.
