My place

The photo shows Louise Lieffering, a Hatha Yoga teacher from the Netherlands, in a part of the world that she loves. “This is such a magical place for me,” she tells OM. “Every time I step into this place it feels like coming home; a place that allows me to be in the present moment, grounded and connected.” Surrounded by nature, it’s a perfect centre for an impromptu yoga practice. “It’s a total bliss to practice around these beautiful trees. This place is quiet and peaceful. So when I close my eyes, I only hear the sounds of mother nature, which has a healing effect on me. It’s a great way to clear my mind and just be here.”
