Feeling Inspired

I’m really enjoying experimenting with some of your recipes in my kitchen. I’m not a vegan or a vegetarian (nor a brilliant cook!) but I really appreciate the opportunity to learn how to make some simple (and not so simple!) vegan meals. It’s inspiring me in the kitchen, albeit with mixed success, and it’s also a simple way to build healthy foundations as well. I think my family are eating better as a result. Nat, by email

Good Reads

I love your print magazine! I know things are moving to digital mostly nowadays, but it’s such a joy to put the phone down, switch off the computer and pick up your actual printed pages — the content of OM literally beams rays of sunshine out when you open it up! Yoga is a visual feast, it’s hard to think of anything that lends itself to such natural beauty, so your magazine is a perfect way to unplug from the online space, something we are all in need of more and more, I believe. Spread the word

Thank you OM for all the inspiration and positivity over so many years. You have been a go-to source of inspiration for me each and every month, sharing all the vital messages of yoga to a broad audience, and helping me to keep going even during tough times. Keep getting the message out there — and keep on inspiring! Helen, by email
