Quick Pickled Radishes
A great way to use up left over radishes! Recipe from loveradish.co.uk
Ingredients
- 6 radishes
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Salt and pepper
To serve
- Slice the radishes finely
- In a small bowl or jar simply mix together the sugar and vinegar. Add the radishes and season well.
- Leave for 10 minutes, or until ready to enjoy.
