Introducing Hard Rock’s first-ever Rock Om retreat
OM previewed the Rock Om yoga and music extravaganza from Hard Rock earlier this year (issue 92 2019)…now they’re launching their first dedicated retreats for all.
The first retreat will take place at Hard Rock Hotel Davos in Switzerland from September 20-22. Visionary producer and yogi, DJ Drez, will bring the retreat to life, alongside his wife and yoga instructor, Marti Nikko, who will both be flying in from the USA to host the yoga fiesta.
Expect lots of yoga, good sounds and good vibrations, as well as healthy food and spa time.
Throughout the retreat, there will be ample time to explore the fresh alpine landscape by foot or by bike too. The hotel also offers an array of outdoor activities, such a horse-drawn carriage ride through the town, summer tobogganing, or stand-up paddle boarding on a nearby lake.
