She offers online yoga teacher trainings in 200-hour Hatha Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga and Fertility Yoga, all of which are underpinned with traditional yoga teachings. There is vast experience in all of these areas. Sally always weaves in knowledge gained from her 20 years of teaching yoga asana, yoga philosophy and exercise science, while supporting her students as they develop into amazing practitioners and teachers of yoga in their own right. There’s also ongoing support for all students, during and after trainings, via private social media groups, email and phone.
With a background in Iyengar and Ashtanga, her own style of teaching yoga is flowing and strong, but allows time for the practitioner to align themselves and maintain steady breathing. She has also studied women's' health extensively and draws from this knowledge when teaching her Pre and Postnatal Yoga teacher training courses, and is the author of best-selling book 'The Manual of Yoga Anatomy'. All trainings are fully certified by Yoga Alliance and Yoga Alliance Professionals.
