Tibetan bowls and sweet souls

Tibetan Bowls and Sweet Souls

Pauline Carpino of Ajna Ayurveda will be sharing gentle yoga and Tibetan singing bowls for a chilled, blissful and grounding show experience

Reading time: 2 minutes

I am delighted to announce that I will be taking part in the OM Yoga Show as an exhibitor for the first time this year! After visiting in search of inspiration and healing for almost a decade, travelling to countries that hold some of the oldest medical systems in the world and working on self-development behind the scenes, I will finally be on stage sharing my knowledge and lived experience.

Join me for gentle asana and Tibetan singing bowls, guiding you to re-centre, re-connect and find true relaxation and inner peace, as well as a talk on the close connection between mental health and chronic conditions. I am a mental health worker and therapist, I also have lived experience with both emotional trauma and severe endometriosis; one led to the other. From the onset of the disease, I had made up my mind this wasn't going to rule my life and I wasn't going to spend the rest of it on medication either.

After practicing and teaching yoga, meditation, energy healing and more for a long time, I embarked on a three-year journey of deep inner search and self-discovery to find salvation. I have now decided to speak up, empower and enlighten other women. What modern medicine cannot cure, you can! If you are ready to break yourself open and heal, come see me on stage to hear my story.

You will also be able to meet me and my little helpers at stall X3 to find out all about my therapeutic retreats. I offer an authentic experience in a small picturesque village in the south of France, where I grew up. I have put all my heart, love and light in converting my grandmother's traditional village house into a cosy retreat centre. I will be welcoming you into my home and my world of alternative therapies, hosting a range of retreats, workshops and courses including Ayurveda, yoga, meditation, journal therapy, forest baths, sound and energy healing, stargazing, storytelling and more.
