Set within nine acres, the property offers your own privacy with two spacious villas that can be rented together or separately for up to 22 people across 11 beautiful ensuite bedrooms. Each comes with its own swimming pool, gym and luxurious living spaces, and the estate also has a tennis court, a spa and an incredible purpose-built yoga studio overlooking the olive groves and the sea.
Untouched Italy
Le Marche is one of Italy's smallest but most diverse regions, filled with mountains, clear water beaches and rolling hills in between. Oliveto is perfectly placed overlooking the Adriatic Sea and olive groves, and only a five-minute drive to the local town filled with gelatarias, beachside restaurants, boutiques, and just 35 minutes from Ancona airport.
Wellness Designed In
The beautifully-crafted yoga studio and deck shaded by the olive trees has been purposebuilt and has an incredible energy around it, complete with Manduka mats, yoga props and locally-made essential oils. The private spa is a tranquil sanctuary to restore, equipped with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. For fitness retreats there are two well-equipped gyms and a tennis court.
The huge luxurious kitchen, with both indoor and alfresco dining and lounging areas, invites guests to enjoy cosy gatherings and endless Italian cooking classes. The talented local chefs can cater for all guest requirements and true to form with their eco philosophy they focus on seasonally-based dishes whilst you relax around their huge firepit and congregate for prosecco and aperitivo hour whilst overlooking the view!
