Veganuary has inspired and supported millions of people to try vegan since 2014 – with participants from almost every country in the world.

Join in this year for a health boost and make January a fun and educational challenge that will benefit everyone — including you!

Going vegan does not mean plain eating for a month either. The vegan foods market is booming.

More than 2,100 new vegan products and menu items were launched for Veganuary 2024 — expect more to come! And many experienced Veganuary participants report longer-term health benefits way after January has passed.

Many previous participants report health improvements, including increased energy, better skin, improved mood and even a desired change in body weight.

“Veganuary is so much more than a one-month pledge,” said Veganuary’s international head of communications, Toni Vernelli. “Taking part leads to lasting diet change for most people. With 81% of our 2024 participants maintaining a dramatic reduction in animal products six months on, it’s clear that Veganuary is driving positive change for animals, people and the planet.”
