Welcome to our December issue. This is our final one of 2021, another year that has presented great challenges for many people worldwide. But don’t worry: we’ll be back with more yoga positivity, energy and inspiration for you when 2022 comes around.
And we’ve got plenty for you this month as well, including a special report on yoga for stress. If the events of 2021 have been difficult, then look through some of the great yoga wisdom and exercises inside — we might just be able to help!
